MacDermid Lamarsh has been assisting clients with family issues such as divorce, custody, access, child support, spousal support, and family property, for many years. We also handle adoptions, pre-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements. Most people in this day and age should have a pre-nuptial or cohabitation agreement.

Clients are encouraged to approach the issues in a manner to hopefully achieve a resolution that works for the entire family, such as mediation or joint meetings between parties and their lawyers. Children are the ones most affected in any family dispute. We do, however, recognize that in some cases only a Court can make a decision, as negotiation simply is not always possible.
