Something you should know if you have a Will dated earlier than 2001.

The laws changed in Saskatchewan in 2001 to the effect that if you entered into a spousal relationship after the execution of your Will, your prior Will may be deemed invalid. 

"Spousal relationship" includes having a common law partner with which you reside(d).
